Our Terms and conditions are displayed near the till once you have agreed and paid we do not have a cool off period as we are a service company not goods and the service starts from the initial consultation.
We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMERS CHANGING THEIR MINDS Only Credit notes.
If you give permission for any design features that will alter your garment permanently. then later change your mind once the garment is permanently altered we are not liable for the cost of the garment.
Any of our initial designs are subject to copy right rules
At Madam Seamstress we have a Zero tolerance policy's for abuse, profanity towards any of the staff. If any of these behaviours are shown the staff will ask you to leave and you may be black listed.
For Hair Accessories we do offer refunds or exchanges up to 2 weeks of the purchase.
Earrings are costume jewellery we do not take responsibility for miss use or skin allergies this will be at your own risk. if irritation occurs remove as soon as possible.

Please note we DO NOT Offer refunds for customers changing their minds about an order however we do offer credit notes as a good will.
If a customer is unhappy with the alteration. They are able to come back within TWO WEEKS of the order to have it re altered a second time on the original alteration without further charge. However any additional readjusts are subject to further charges. If there is a separate alterations needed the customer will be quoted on the additional work. If they do not return it within the time period they will be charged again.
If the customer has given a measurement and we have NOT DONE the measurement or fitting and their measurement is wrong they will be charged again.
If you would like to have an alteration re adjusted you are welcome to speak to the manager and they can readjust it for you.
If a clothing item is changed with the customers permission to create a design feature and the customer changes their mind after we are not liable for the clothing item.
During the fitting once the amount is agreed and confirmed with the customer. However later on the Customer decides they want an additional amount they are subject to be charged a further amount.
For Bespoke items made your requirements will be discussed in full however after initial payments we do not offer refunds for garments or items as they where made bespoke to the customer. The customer is expected to explain what they are looking for to the designer. After a Design is agreed on and the fabric is ordered the customer is allowed to change small details before the dress/ Item is constructed however if the item/garment then dose need more fabric, additional items or extra labour they are subject to extra fees as we will not cover the cost of additional payments.

If a customer gives permission on behalf of a friend or family member and the client has given permission for them to do so we are not liable. We do not negotiate with minors if your child is under 16 they are required to have an adult present and if they are to come for a fitting alone we require a consent letter signed by the parent.
